  We work with buyers in all price ranges with a focus on the downtown mid-rise and high-rise markets. My main focus is on the Portland luxury condominium market In real estate, many agents try to be all things to all people, and in the process, they become experts in nothing! This is why I choose to focus on the condominium market and understand it inside out. To be really good at something, you need to do it every day. I am in the condo and loft market EVERYDAY. If you are looking for Portland penthouses for sale, I will know about them! I am not out in Lake Oswego one day and then Tigard the next...again, you cannot be an expert in all areas. Pricing can vary dramatically from building to building, It can also be very different within the building depending on where it is located in the building. When you work with me, you are getting an agent who understands the urban market and an agent that works hard to get you the best value regardless of whether you are buying or selling.
